The 2025 General Assembly of the European Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers (ACEM), alongside its Board of Directors, was kindly hosted by Honda Motor Europe at the Honda Safety Institute in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
The annual meeting gathered the representatives from the motorcycle industry to review the year’s progress and define strategic priorities for the months ahead at political and technical levels.
During the Board of Directors, Claudio Domenicali (CEO of Ducati) formally joined the ACEM Presidium as new Vice-President of the organisation. He will work closely with President Michele Colaninno (CEO of Piaggio Group) and Vice-Presidents Markus Flasch (CEO of BMW Motorrad), and Vito Cicchetti (Business Transformation Planning lead of Honda Motor Europe Ltd).
Regarding national members, José María Riaño (Secretary General of ANESDOR, Spain) was renewed as the representative of the National Associations for a new three-year mandate.
To conclude the event, attendees enjoyed an outstanding live demonstration by Toni Bou, 37-time Trial World Champion and rider for the Repsol Honda HRC Team. A performance that combined riding skills and technical excellence with the passion that defines motorcycling.
