ACEM appoints Thomas Weber (BMW) as Vice President
Gijon (Spain), 04.04.2008 - ACEM's Executive Committee elected Thomas Weber as new Vice President. During the General Assembly held in Gijon, Spain, on 2 and 3 April the Executive Comittee appointed Thomas Weber as new Vice-President replacing Fritz Geri (BMW) who is moving to another post within the BMW Group.
Mr Weber, who is BMW Motorrad's Vice President in charge for Finance, Business Unit Planning and IT, has a degree in Business Administration. He joined BMW Group in 1987 and has been BMW Bank's Chief Financial Officer. Before being nominated BMW Motorrad's Vice President, Mr Weber was BMW Group Executive Vice President Controlling MINI.Mr Weber joins President Stefan Pierer (KTM) and Vice President Leo Francesco Mercanti (PIAGGIO).
